Play NFL-Style Flag Football in Oceanside!
Join Oceanside’s premier 7-on-7 Adult Flag Football League, open to players 18–55.
Choose your NFL team—Chargers, Cowboys, or Rams—and hit the field every Saturday, 8 AM–2 PM for competitive, high-energy games.
The season runs 7 weeks with 1–2 games each Saturday, followed by playoffs and a Championship Game. Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned player, you’ll compete in a safe, inclusive league built for fun, community, and skill-building.
Every player gets an official NFL Air Attack jersey and flag belt. To keep games fair, teams are capped at 12 players. Register solo or as a full team—we’ll place you accordingly.
Certified referees, music, and a lively game-day atmosphere make Saturdays the highlight of the week.
Team Registration:
One rep signs up the team. The base fee covers up to 12 players, including jerseys, belts, and insurance.
